Is it just me???

I was disturbed last evening by
a hullabaloo...now...living next door to a bunch of care in the community I usually let these
things slide, but, I looked...
and yep...wish I hadn't...there
was a man standing there having
a very loud conversation with the pavement...now I ask you
...are they closing in or what???
